2. ONLINE PURCHASES
Online Services
You may use nzherb.co.nz to purchase any of our products.
If you want to cancel an order, please send your request to info@nzherb.co.nz as soon as possible, or contact office on 09 2766881. Please note once the product has been delivered, the order cannot be cancelled.
Prices
All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars (NZ$), and exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our product prices at any time and without prior notice.
Payment Methods
Payment for all online purchases is by the following methods of payment: payments by cash on delivery (Auckland only), cheques (inside NZ) & bank transfers.

(Please allow 5 working days for cheques to be cleared from the bank.)
For bank transfers, please email your order details to info@nzherb.co.nz and we will contact you with our bank account details.
Payment and Dispatch Time
We will deliver the order as soon as payment is received or confirmed. You are expected to receive your orders within 1 -3 business days depending on the delivery area.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and we cannot be responsible for delays due to delivery procedures.

3. DELIVERY
Shipping Method
Your order is delivered by Fastway Courier.
Shipping Charges
- Members will be offered a special discount price.
- For delivery addresses within Auckland, FREE shipping will be provided for all orders
equivalent to NZD100.00(exclude GST) or above.
- For nationwide delivery addresses outside of Auckland and within New Zealand, FREE standard shipping will be provided for orders equivalent to NZD300.00 or above.
Shipping Rates
Where the above three conditions are not applicable, you will have to bear the delivery charges.
The charges will be shown on the electronic invoice, and will depend on the weight of the products and destination. All shipping charges are in New Zealand dollars. For larger quantity orders, we reserve the right to deliver the order in multiple packages.
Below is the summary of shipping rates per order:
Delivery: By courier with signature. No delivery on Saturday and Sunday.

We reserve the right to charge you for additional delivery charges due to incorrect and/or incomplete delivery address.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss of the products passes to you upon our delivery to the Fastway Courier.

4. WARRANTY AND REFUND POLICY
Warranty on Sold Goods
All products sold via nzherb.co.nz come with the warranty arrangements provided by the supplier of the particular product.
Returns
We offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase. The return shipping fee will also be refunded by offering you a credit off your next purchase.
Refund Policy
nzherb.co.nz will provide a refund for products purchased within 10 days (including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays), from date of delivery. To receive a refund, products purchased must be returned and we must receive them in original/new condition, with either the original receipt or a copy of the original receipt. Unfortunately refunds cover products only, they do not cover the cost freight or return freight insurance, any service we used or any service you used, and any taxes incurred.
We will notify you by email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned product. We will refund by cheque only and it will take approximately one to two weeks.

Nzherbs is strongly committed to protect your privacy.
We will keep all your personal information confidential. We will not sell or give any of your personal information to a third party without your permission.

When you register to nzherb.co.nz or purchase our products, you will need to provide us with certain personal information, including your name, email address, mailing address, contact phone number and credit card information if you place orders. All personal information we collect from you, including your credit card information, passes through our secure server. This secure server encrypts the data you input so that the information cannot be read in transit.
